MAJOR CUSTOMER
PENETRATION
- Different companies have different needs.And although some similarities
exist - many are unique. We work hard to understand each customer and
principal.
- Management philosophies and marketplace are as vast as the companies
themselves. As our customer understanding grows, and our knowledge of
our principals’ capabilities expands, so do the opportunities to earn
business and write orders.
- We work with 75-100 major customers in our territory. Major customers
are defined not by name, recognition or size, but by the relationship
of service and trust that has been built on the foundation of understanding
and meeting their needs.
- Finally, major customers are profitable. “Profitable business” is
different the just “business” and is a direct result of the communication
and understanding that the relationship was built on.
REPRESENTATIVE
SERVICES
Account Coverage
Holmgren Associates has trained sales engineers assigned to accounts
as well as a well-trained office. Our earnings are based in sales generated
at these accounts. The nature of the fine companies we sell for has enables
us to maintain relationships with senior customer management.
Customer Service
Holmgren Associates has a organized team to coordinate the needs of both
customer and principals. Our inside, sales team orchestrates this when
outside sales are in the field.
Product Manager
Our line-management breaks down the principals to one of our three product
managers. This gives our principals a single contact for visits to the
territory, as well as updates, new products and forecasts.
